Only projects that meet TINORA’s standards and can be recommended to investors who value reliability, transparency and real value are listed on the platform.

The platform is not an automated aggregation of listings. The projects presented on the platform are the result of systematic work by professionals, based on factual data, document verification and ongoing interaction with developers.

Projects excluded at the initial stage
TINORA does not list properties that fail to meet the platform’s basic quality standards, including:

• lack of legal transparency (ownership rights, documentation, permits);
• developers with no proven track record, questionable reputation or ongoing legal disputes;
• properties with opaque financial structures;
• clearly inflated pricing;
• locations with elevated risks, weak demand or underdeveloped infrastructure;
• signs of poor construction quality and lack of technical supervision.
Such projects are excluded before entering the stage of detailed due diligence.
