A new direct air service links Hua Hin Airport with U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya International Airport, creating a fast connection between Hua Hin and the Pattaya-Rayong coast. The route is scheduled to begin regular flights on October 23, 2026, following a successful inaugural flight on September 30. Services will operate on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, appealing to weekend travelers and buyers moving between Hua Hin and the Eastern Seaboard. The inaugural flight covered about 40 minutes, departing Hua Hin at 8:49 and arriving at U-Tapao at 9:29, using a small ten-seat aircraft. Promotional one-way fares are expected to start from THB 2,900, with tickets to go on sale from October 10.
