Developer PARQ Development– is a project created under the leadership of German developer and architect Andre Frey, who has more than 15 years of experience in real estate in Bali. Andre Frey has launched more than 30 successful businesses in Germany and Indonesia and is known for his unique approach to creating residential complexes. One of his significant projects is the Parq Ubud complex with an area of 65,000 sq.m. with the largest Russian-speaking community in southeast Asia, which combines modern infrastructure and designer villas.
